About the class
A wonderful 4 week Pottery Course.
Week 1: You will learn the craft of hand building using slab work. The first week you will get an introduction and make a small house, which can also be a tea light holder if you wish.
Week 2: You will then learn how to glaze your work.
Week 3: You will choose something to make yourself, showing that you have learned the technique. You could make multiple egg cups or a spoon rest, maybe a bowl etc.
Week 4: Glaze
The arts have a phenomenal way of aiding your well-being & just giving you that feel good factor. Taking time out for yourself to learn a new hobby & meet new people whilst chating over a cup of tea is absolutely priceless.
This course runs for 4 weeks every Monday evening, 6.30 - 8.30 pm. It's ideal for absolute begineers or pottery enthusiasts You will get taught every step of the way & you'll soon feel like your on Pottery Throwdown. BloomingArt Academy & Well-being hub is such a wonderful place which makes you feel right at home.
You get to take everything you make home at no extra cost. The price includes all materials and firings.
After your 4 week course you can stay on with us, pay weekly & make your own bespoke items. All skill levels are welcome,
